English term
double-sided triangle

"A vertex on double-sided triangle cannot be included in closed mode"
...what's a double sided triangle?? (my doubt comes from the fact that a triangle...should have three sides)

this might be a 3D image....
a polyhedron (a solid figure bounded by plane polygons or faces) with three vertices and two faces that are identical except for the order of their vertices.

This must (not might ) be a 3D image. :)

isosceless Triangle
It seems the text is not written in original English and the writer has somewhat coined a word for an "isosceless "triangle.

: Isosceles triangle. Yes, I think from this definition that you are right. "It is a double-sided triangle, a polyhedron with three vertices and two faces that are identical except for the order of their vertices."

: It is likely to be an isosceles triangle.

faces of different color
I guess that it is an ordinary triangle whose front and rear faces differ somewhow, say, in color.

its front and back sides are described differently in the software

The visualization of generally classified regions requires also double-sided triangles with different front and back side colors. Double-sided triangles can be implemented with Java 3D using two triangles with opposite normal vectors, opposite vertex order, activated backface culling and different colors
