se encuentra dentro de una factura de hotel, es lo primero que hay despues del nombre del hotel y de la fecha, se incluye "conseil général / service cabinet" y a continuacion el detalle de la factura: el nombre de quien se hospeda y lo que consumió. Lo que no tengo claro es si "service cabinet" hace referencia a algún servicio del hotel o por el contrario tiene que ver con el "conseil général"

Lo entiendo como prestaciones del hotel. "Conseil général" podría ser "asesoramiento general", mientras "service cabinet" podría ser "servicio de consultoría", aunque todo esto es una suposición....
