German term
zieht es andere Produkte nach
German to English
Marketing
Business/Commerce (general)
Product planning
From a bulleted list of subjects to consider in (planned) product evaluation :
"Produkterträge: In Euro, an Image, zieht es andere Produkte nach, Türöffner, Mischkalkulation"
In the broader context it's in a document dealing with strategic sales planning.
I've puzzled about this for so long it's gone blank on me. Is there a grammatical error here, is it an idiom I've missed, or what?
Very grateful for any suggestions.

Comment: "Great help & saved me from getting egg on my face. Also a good lesson in questioning all assumptions when you get stuck. Thanks again "

Discussion
I can see now there is obviously no grammatical error if 'es' refers to 'das Produkt'. I knew I would be having a d'oh moment.
