Thank you all Affiliate was my option too. Anyway, I will leave my customer with his preferred 'related companies', found that in the Internet in that sense, too. I'd be grateful for any confirmation that it's not really wrong..
Francisco: it's just an equal partnership in order to be stronger on the market, no franchise.

Union of enterprises
