The expression is part of a list of functions delivered by a particular ERP software package. Here's part of the list:

Die Lagerhaltung in XXX [software package] integriert fol­gende funktionen:

>Waagen- und Scanneranschluss Lager
>Dynamische Lagerplatzverwaltung
usw.

The problem is "Waagen- und Scanneranschluss Lager" and I'm grateful for any light you may be able to shed on the matter...

Translation for "Scanneranschluss Lager" If I understand Edwin correctly, then he has problems with the translation of "Scanneranschluss Lager" in the item: "Waagen- und Scanneranschluss Lager". Thats why I only offered translation for the firstpart. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I generally agree with the suggested translation, but the weighing context ("Waagen-") has been overlooked. That makes it difficult if you do not know whether simple scales (for smaller objects such as fruit boxes, groceries etc.) or a weighbridge (for large objects and complete vehicles) are/is involved. To solve the plural/singular problem ("scales" and "scanner") I would turn the phrase around to read "warehousing module interface for scales (or weighbridge) and scanner", as an interface is normally bidirectional anyway.

I would not call this a typo. In German, leaving out prepositions in incomplete sentences, such a in lists, is quite usual. I have no doubt that "im Lager" is what is meant here.

@Sven: it's possible, but... it would mean a typo in the original, which would be rare for this client, but not the first.

Dies ist gar nicht mein Gebiet. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass die Waagen und Scanner (für Strichcode?) im Lager mit dem restlichen System vernetzt werden können.

It seems that from your description that what is described are the features a certain ERP software has in warehousing. So I would translate "Scanneranschluss" to scanner interface and state that these are for the warehousing module. Of course it depends on what the dedicated module is called. I added "for the warehousing module" to indicate that it is for that particular module. From your information it seems that there is a list with features. If the particular list has a title stating that it belongs to the warehouing module then I would just leave it to "scanner interface" and cut the part "for the warehousing module". Sometimes a specification in the form of "... Lager" ist necessary, because you can have scales- and scanner interfaces not only in warehousing but also in the shoppingzone.
