Carolyn suggests above that the Latin might be used. Actually, even before I graduated from law school in 1965, the profession was working hard to take some of the mystery out of the language of lawyers so that it would now be preferable not to use Latin.

Romain translates "höchst vorsorglich" as ex abundante cautela, out of extreme caution. The Latin is listed in Blacks Dictionary of Law as well, so I guess it is used in English language pleadings. HTH
