German term
Universalfüß
German to English
Tech/Engineering
This fits in with the prev. question on the 'Universalklemme'. The clamp/terminal has a 'Universalfüß'. Can I say universal base for this? I have the feeling there is another term for this, but can't put my finger on it!

all purpose base
in German it should be Universalfuß i.e. without Umlaut unless it is in plural form i.e. Universalfüße.

Just thought I'd throw in some terms worth thinking about.
