A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Drogerie vs. parafarmacia
i due concetti non corrispondono affatto. Mentre le parafarmacie possono vendere prodotti farmaceutici senza obbligo di ricetta (ed è prescritta la presenza di un farmacista), oltre a cosmetici e articoli sanitari, l'assortimento di una Drogerie è molto più vasto. Vi si trovano detersivi e prodotti per la pulizia, articoli per la casa e per il giardino (sementi ecc.), cartoleria e quant'altro. Quando ancora si usavano, vi si compravano pure le pellicole per la macchina fotografica e vi si portavano a sviluppare. Questo elenco credo sia ancora parecchio limitativo.

Oltre a quello che si vende in parafarmacia, in una Drogerie si vendono *anche* detersivi e tutto quanto elencato sopra.
