I agree with Nick Lingris that "easement" seems to be the correct translation of δουλεία in property law "II. (νομ.) εμπράγματο δικαίωμα με το οποίο μπορεί κάποιος να χρησιμοποιήσει, υπό ορισμένους όρους, ξένη ιδιοκτησία που βρίσκεται σε επαφή με τη δική του: ~ οδού / φωτός" (Τριανταφυλλίδης).
In that case, "easement holder" is, in my opinion, a completely valid translation of δουλειούχος. However, it has 21,100 Google hits, compared to the synonym "dominant estate" which has 37,700 hits. Only a small difference, so I'll put my confidence level at the same as Nick's, and let our colleagues decide!
