"átvételi szint" is AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), and it means:
"This is usually defined as the worst case quality level, in percentage or ratio, that is still considered acceptable."

As for the other phrase, "minősítéses átvételi eljárás", here is some explanation in Hungarian:
"A vizsgálat eljárása minősítéses, amely azt jelenti, hogy
egy vizsgált termék bármely nem megfelelősége esetén azt
a darabot hibásnak tekintik. "
