'Dirigente' is a very Italian concept/status. It does mean senior Manager/executive, as said, but it is above all a labour category - a dirigente has a quite different labour contract/healthcare/pension system from 'common mortals'. I feel perhaps 'in the senior management category' or something like that would convey the idea better. Or leave in Italian - citing the job title and saying 'with Dirigente status'. The target reader should know what that implies
