YEs it could be anything really - my reaction was "it must be about EU tender bid competitions for the provision of IT services". There are EU tender bid competitions for just about everything.

But we're very much up in the air here. It could be about chess competitions or three-legged spoon races....

may be a query for the client yes, this was my problem - are they talking about games software to do with racing! Or tenders for software which is unlikely because it's a pharmaceutical company and not an IT company... It could be software regarding tenders for pharmaceutical supply...

gare it's "gare" that could be interpreted in many different ways - from motor racing to tender bid competitions... !

given that he hyphen separates feedback and programma I would suggest this; on the assumption that gare means Bids and not competition, but the fact that it refers to a year (2001) gives me confidence it is Bid
