This reference is being given in regards to a case in which the following happened:
1. The consigner(A) and consignee(X) had a business relationship in which X shipped high-value raw materials to A, A processed them, and A shipped the processed goods back to X.
2. A used a transportation company(Y) to ship processed goods to X.
2. The goods were lost in transport.
3. X sued Y and A for damages.
I have 2 questions: 1) What is the proper term for 履行補助者? and 2) What does 履行補助者 refer to? Does it refer to any of these parties (A, X, or Y), or somebody else?
