予告編の終わりの方にもう一度シーンの繰り返しがありました。野波麻帆が私のシャネルを黙って使った、人のことばかり泥棒呼ばわりして自分もそうじゃないかと言って詰め寄ります。小池栄子は、蓋がゆるんでいたので閉めただけだと言って上記の会話になります。

Noteありがとうございます、Michikoさん。その通りです。最初の3つのセリフがワンシーンで4番目の「お詫び。。」は別のシーンです。間に叫び声と「やりすぎた～」とか歌っている音楽をバックにしてセリフのない短いシーンが入っています。

映像から台詞がワンシーンなのかわかりますか？まず、｢羨ましいんでしょ｣がただ濡れ衣を着せられたという以上にむかつく言葉だった。それで｢今むかついてます｣。それに対して｢じゃぁ、あれは何だったの」と続く。シーンが変わって｢お詫び｣になる、とか想像したんですが。

濡れ衣をどう訳すか、に苦心するよりも、その登場人物が何に対してむかついているのか、それを誰に向かって伝えているのか、を説明した方が、言い換えればもう少し文脈を提示した方がいい翻訳アドバイスを得られるかもしれませんよ。いかがですか。
