Japanese term

エルトニン注20Sディスポ

Japanese to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This term is found in a spreadsheet of decontextualised responses to a medical/pharmaceutical survey or questionnaire of some type.
ディスポ means disposable, but I have not been able to find エルトニン in any medical dictionary, Google search, Yahoo Japan . . . anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yamaguchi-san,
I would like to award you Kudoz point for your answer, but because you gave me your response in a Discussion, rather than an answer, I can't do that. I don't pretend to understand how this works, but if you want to get the Kudoz point, please respond again with an Answer, not a discussion entry.

Thank you Mami, for supplying what I believe to be the correct answer (and thanks also to Steven F Smith for attempting to assist). I've been trying to figure out how to close the discussion and award points, but I can't see how to do that anywhere on the page. The 'Close' button doesn't permit points to be awarded so I'm at a loss. This public thanks may be a poor substitute, but it's the best I can do!

Hi! Joe-san
Thank you very much for your kindness..
I just enjoy this KudoZ activity with other participants though,
you seem to be at a loss.. I understand you. So this time I posted my suggestion, hehe...(遠慮なく)

Best Regards,

Mami
