The prefix \"om\" here is more like the \"om\" in \"omhandle\" or \"omdiskutert\" and not like the \"om\" in \"omadressere\" or \"omdiskutere\". \"Omforent\" means \"som det er oppnådd enighet om\" - \"forent om\", not \"forent på nytt\". It is usually translated with \"agreed\" (\"omforent pris\"=\"agreed price\", \"omforent koeffisient\"=\"agreed coefficient\", \"omforent nivå\"=\"agreed level\", \"omforent referat\"=\"agreed minutes\").
