Just another idea.

La frase "All Out" se usa en las carreras de caballo para denotar un esfuerzo total del animal.

Podría decirse también "Run All Out" o algo así si es el título de una revista. Tal vez cambiar el sentido y llamarla "To the Max" que es más común en deportes olímpicos.

It sounds like "Marathon" but contains the word "strong" denoting a strong effort ... nothing for it on Google except a lady in the U.S. called Mara Strong, and a site in the Russian language ... so the name is not already taken.

Juego de palabras con el pulso del corredor y con “beat” en el sentido de rutina preferida u oficio.

If "a pura sangre" can refer to an athlete`s resolve and endurance in competitive battle (as in marathons and long, grueling tennis matches), this might be a good option.

Another short, "catchy" title might be "(The) Third Wind" --a play on the expression commonly-used by runners (i.e., "he got his second wind"). Since the source text refers to extraordinary efforts, this might work just fine for a magazine title.
