Spanish term

Analisis de la R. P.

Spanish to English Medical Education / Pedagogy Peruvian Educational Record
This is the name of a class that is offered in a Private Education Institute in Peru
The student is enrolled in the curriculum for:
CARRERA PROFESIONAL: ENFERMERIA TECNICA-II

I'm not sure if this course is directly related to the Nursing curriculum or just a general course that is required for the students to take? Any ideas what the R.P. might be?????????

If this is the name of the course, I am almost sure that it is an Associate Degree in Nursing.

You can see some definitions of “razón de prevalencia” at <http://eie.unizar.es/RATIO/formD/formD6a12.htm>, and a discussion on “prevalence ratio / prevalence odds ratio” at <http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=12...

Odds Ratio Analysis

RP could be "Razón de Posibilidades".
If that is the case, I would put this as "Odds Ratio (OR) Analysis."

Thanks, Swatchka :)
neutral Joss Heywood : why would this subject be part of a nursing curriculum, or even of a general course for students? It looks very specific to me.

I'm afraid I don't have a clear answer for you. I just know the OR analysis is also a part of medical statistics. - some med schools in Japan offer the course as a preliminary study, but I don't know why they do. -
