Hola.

Es un título que otorgan en una universidad de Argentina. (Es un folleto que menciona los diferentes títulos que proporciona dicha universidad)

¿De qué país es el título universitario? ¿Tienes más datos?
En cualquier caso, "senior" se refiere a antigüedad o catagoría en la empresa, no al nivel de estudios, a mi juicio.

I would opt for this or something similar. There is no point in trying to match this title to that of a university degree in the US or UK since they are not equivalent. There is also not likely to be a universally accepted English translation for this Argentine degree.

Advanced Analyst

I would go with "Advanced Analyst" here. See definition number (6) for "superior," Collins English-Spanish Unabridged Dictionary, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Editions.

I would be careful to only translate the text, and not stray into evaluating the degree.

The standard collocation is "senior analyst" - you can use it here with or without administration.
