Just out of curiosity... What's that "32" just before "Acto"? Graduado sounds like American Spanish. Where's this from?

Conferral (of Degree) Ceremony

just another option, graduation ceremony correct but can also be used for graduating from High School whereas this makes clear it is University. Some universities call them by different things e.g. Commencements Ceremony, but "Conferral" suits all.
