C.U.E. is a code number assigned to each educational institution by the Argentine Ministry of Education. It stands for "Código Único de Establecimiento", or possibly "Clave Única de Establecimiento": in this Ministry webpage there is a link marked "Buscador de CUE
(Codigo Unico de Establecimiento)", but when you click on it it sends you to a page which says
"SI CONOCE LA CLAVE ÚNICA DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS (CUE)
Ingrese la CUE"
