: Alumno regular ES el que asiste a clases regularmente. En un "transcript" se detallan, entre otros datos, las materias que ha cursado el alumno, sus calificaciones, etc. Pero nunca se menciona si el alumno es bueno, regular o malo. Me quedo con full-time.

I believe this is not a typical labelling for a student transcript. Depending of what area of the transcript the information comes from it could mean many things: the attendance, if the student is enrolled in a regular semester or special session, if the student is in a special program, etc. My guess would be more precise with information about the area in which the term is written.
