This text is about cut rag as the product offered by a company. Among In this context "hebra" in Spanish means "cut rag". I'm thinking of translating "corte de la hebra" simply as "cut" but I'd like to have your opinion. Second, I'm not sure about what the qualifier "especial" refers to; perhaps it means "corte especialmente seleccionado".
Of course, I've been doing some research on tobacco documents but I can't find otther possible equivalents.
