Hello. This is a slogan for a company offering corporate packages for childcare for employees of other companies.
My problem here is that the literal translation "Now someone else looks after your family" sounds like your family is literally being taken away from you (not the desired effect!).

The above is just a very non-literal idea. However, I think the problem with the Spanish is that it says family when it means children. So a literal translation may work if you use children instead of family.
