I think this must be a specialist term - it appears in the following sentence.
"SI PIENSA AHORA ESPECÍFICAMENTE EN MARCAS DE LICORES / BEBIDAS CON ALCOHOL DE SOBREMESA, ¿PODRÍA DECIRME QUÉ MARCA/S CONOCE AUNQUE NO LAS HAYA PROBADO NUNCA?"
Does anyone know please. Many thanks.

maybe not necessarily after "dinner" but I think it means the post-prandial tipple to finish off the meal in style :)

: Also makes a lot of sense in the context - sitting around the table after a meal with a digestif seems spot on actually - everywhere I look re: De Sobremesa I seem to come up with after dinner

my Argentine mother-in-law often refers to "sobremesa" and invariably means after the meal (usually dinner)

dinner table alcohol
As per this article:
That's Why it's Called Table Wine
Brandweek, Oct 19, 1998 by Becky EbenkampMove over coffee and pass that bottle while you're at it. According to The NPD Group, Port Washington, N.Y, alcohol has for the first time edged out coffee at the dinner table, as slightly more consumers (3.5%) are choosing wind-me down drinks over the perk-me-up variety (3.4%). At the beginning of the decade, coffee was nearly three times more popular (6.2%) than spirits for athome dining, but consumption has steadily decreased, while alcohol consumption has risen from 2.5%. NPD hypothesized that recent publicity about the healthy effects of moderate alcohol intake could be driving the trend, especially since it's skewed by baby boomers age 45 and older, and also mentioned the convenience of pouring a bottle over brewing a pot as a factor. Of those consuming alcohol at dinner, half drink wine, 37% beer and the remaining 13% the hard stuff.
