Spanish term

tiene 24 horas de andar con diarrea

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Contract
It seems so trivial, but I am still looking for the correct translation. Context:

Mi niña tiene 24 horas de andar con diarrea, vomito y calentura.

My translation:

It has been 24 hours/ one day since my little girl has been suffering from diarrhea and temperature.

Is it ok?

Your version is fine depending on the rest of the text.
Diarrhea = US
Diarrhoea = UK English

Thank you Trudy. Much appreciated.
neutral eesegura : 'Temperature'- although informally used in reference to fever - really just means temperature, including a normal one.

I am not sure what your point is - temperature or fever (both can be used in the text and depends on the wording chosen by the translator). But as it is a legal doc., I would say temperature; temp. does not always mean a normal one; one can run a temp.!
