How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Chuletas de cerdo con ajetes y patatas
Cómo hacer Chuletas de cerdo con ajetes y patatas paso a paso:
Preparar la carne, salpimentándola bien. Pueden agregarse algunas hiernas aromáticas al gusto, pero sin abusar. Me gusta la sal con hierbas de carmencita.
En una sartén echar un poco de aciete de oliva y sofreir los ajetes. Reservar una vez hechos. Lo bueno de ese aceite es que guardará el rico sabor de los ajetes.
En el mismo aceite (pero muy poco) echar la sartén la carne y hacerla al gusto.
Aparte hemos hecho unas patatas fritas añadiendo también el aceite sobrante que no hemos utilizado con las chuletas. Las patatas partirlas del tamaño de la foto de la receta.
