Swedish term

kylförbrukare

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering district heating and cooling term
Has anybody heard this term in English? I assume it doesn't mean a human consumer but a some kind of system. Any ideas?

On the other hand, cooling loads refer to the amount of heat energy that needs to be removed from an area to maintain the temperature in an adequate range.... >

Although it would mean "//Cooling consumer"// or "//Cooling load"// but as your context is related to HVAC, this would be "//Cooling load"//.
