Growing up in Ukraine, I started learning French when I was 6 and later became a secretary of the USSR-France Friendship Society. I earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Odessa State University. I moved to the US in 1991 and, since 1992, have been a translator/interpreter. Over-the-phone interpreter for 13 years. From 2008 to 2020, an in-house technical/legal translator/interpreter for Sakhalin-1 project (engineering and procurement documents, contracts, AutoCAD dwgs).
