Source text - English 1、Premises Medical Clause
The Company will pay to or for each person who sustains bodily injury all reasonable medical expense incurred within one year from the date of the occurrence on account of such bodily injuries, provided such bodily injury arises out of
(a) a condition in the Insured’s premises, or
(b) operations with respect to which the Named Insured is afforded coverage for bodily injury liability under this Policy.
This Clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exceptions of this Policy.
2、Automatic Cover for New Locations (Subject to 90 days Reporting Period)
The Indemnity provided by this Policy shall apply automatically and shall include all new or additional locations from the time of occupation of such locations. It is understood that the Insured shall advise the Insurers for all such new or additional locations within 90 days, and pay additional premium if required.
This Clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exceptions of this Policy.
3、Unlicensed Folk Lifts Extension Cover
It is agreed and declared that the Policy extends to indemnify the Insured for claims in respect of bodily injury or damage to property arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by or in connection with forklift truck in the physical or legal contrail of the Insured or used in work undertaken by or on behalf of the Insured.
It is further agreed that the Insurer shall not be liable for claims in respect of bodily injury or damage to property arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by or in connection with any alterations and/or additions to such forklift trucks which shall include the enclosure, machinery, plant supports, doors, safety devices, appliances or contrivances used in connection herewith.

「留学生３０万人計画」は、平成２０年７月２９日にその骨子が発表されました。本日は、この計画の策定のために様々な議論が行われた文部科学省中央教育審議会大学分科会留学生特別委員会の委員でもある日本語教育振興協会の佐藤理事長が出席されておりますし、内容を十分ご存知の方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、まず、この「留学生３０満に計画」の概要を簡単に説明いたします。
計画の内容は、文部科学省の中央教育審議会で議論された訳ですが、日本政府全体が取り組むということ、また、計画達成には、関係省庁の連携が不可欠であるということから、閣僚懇談会での報告を経て、文部科学省、外務省、法務省、厚生労働省、経済産業省、国土交通省の６省の名前で発表されました。
趣旨は、（１）日本の「グローバル戦略」展開の一環として３０万人を目指す、つまり、日本を世界により開かれた国とするために、アジア諸国や世界各国との間のヒト、モノ、カネ、そして情報の流れを拡大するための戦略の一つとして留学生を受け入れること、（２）日本の教育・研究の国際的競争力を高め、優れた留学生を戦略的に獲得すること、留学生にとって魅力ある水準の高い高等教育の整備や、受入れ環境の改善など、そして（３）関係省庁の有機的連携による計画の推進です。
Translation - Chinese 日本在2008年7月29日发布了“留学生３０万人计划”纲要，有人或许已经对这个计划的内容非常了解。文部科学省中央教育审议会大学分科会留学生特别委员会为制定这个计划进行过各种讨论，今天，该特别委员会的委员兼日语教育振兴协会理事长的佐藤先生光临这里。首先请他对“留学生３０万人计划”的概要做简单说明。
计划内容由文部科学省的中央教育审议会进行讨论。而要达成计划，日本政府的全体努力以及有关省厅的协作都是不可或缺的，所以在部长级会议上报告以后，该计划由文部科学省、外务省、法务省、厚生劳动省、经济产业省及国土交通省共同署名发表。
计划主题：(1) 作为日本“全球战略”进展的重要环节，争取留学生人数达到30万，也就是说，日本为了走向世界，把接收留学生作为增进与亚洲及世界各国人员、物品、资本和信息交流的战略一部分。（2）提高日本教育及研究的国际竞争力，战略性争取优秀留学生，完善高水平的高等教育以吸引留学生，改善接纳留学生的环境。（3）有关省厅紧密协作，推进计划。
