I am a NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters, Australia) accredited Professional Translator for English and German in both directions.

I was raised in Germany where I completed my language studies, which included two internships in Brussels and London. Subsequently I accumulated 10 years’ professional experience while working for different multi national companies within Europe, where translating has always been within the scope of my role. In 2005 I moved to Adelaide in South Australia where I started to diversify and intensify my translating activities by taking on various assignments as a freelance translator.

My areas of expertise are Business/Commerce, IT, Finance, HR, E-Commerce and Media. I have experience with translations and localisations of websites, manuals, business reports, articles, marketing material, press releases and training material.

As I take commitments and deadlines very seriously, my translations are always on time. I am permanently up for a challenge and love to research new topics and learn about them. My excellent writing skills and quality-driven translations reflect my highly focused dedication to the job at hand. Thanks to my familiarity with the German and Australian cultures, I succeed in relating topics accurately and in a sensitive manner.
