The thought that translation is the only means for the propagation of culture is what motivated me in pursuing a career path in translation.

I know that no single approach is the right one for every text and so I have been trained so that I am able to arrive at the best target version possible.

My educational background includes a B.A in Literary, Technical and Scientific Translation from the Instituto Cultural Argentino de Lenguas Vivas (ICALV) and am currently finishing another B.A. in Sworn/Judiciary Translation Studies from the Universidad Nacional de Catamarca (U.N.Ca.). Furthermore, I hold a professional certification from and am a member of the Colegio de Traductores de Tucumán (local Translator’s association).

Registered at Proz.com since January 2011, I have been contributing to KudoZ questions whenever I can.

Throughout my 4-year tenure, I have built a reputation for delivering quality translations, quick turnaround, and high work ethics.

My work experience includes an internship at the Facultad de Educación Física de Tucumán (“Physical Education Faculty of Tucumán”) where I elaborated glossaries for students to use in their technical translation lessons. After that, I translated various academic articles and papers in the fields of medicine and dentistry.

I pride myself in helping international organizations to achieve their missions. I have worked for Unbreaking Birth, Mongabay and Geneva Call, among others, translating documents on different topics (climate change, environment, endangered species, conservation, international rights, health systems, etc.).

At present, I enjoy developing web and mobile apps, and I am willing to further my knowledge in this area, as I want to become an outstanding localizer. My specialist fields include medicine, architecture, tourism,  IT and localization.

I am distinguished by my passion for languages, my focus on excellence and team spirit and my commitment to meeting customer and market demands.

I stand out by my IT skills. I am very resourceful, creative and a perfectionist by nature.
