Source text - English Special Terms
Terms defined in this Schedule 1 shall have the same meanings when used throughout this Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in the various Schedules, the Schedules shall prevail in the order in which they appear in the Agreement.
For the purposes of the provision of the Services and any Goods, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail over any other terms and conditions issued by the Company (whether on a purchase order or otherwise).
Commencement Date and Term
This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Goods and / or Deliverables have been delivered to the Company’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Specification)] (the “Term”).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the Company shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by serving not less than [insert number of days] days’ written notice on the Supplier.
Key Personnel
[Note: Only use this provision where the Company has agreed to appoint the Supplier on the basis that the services of certain key individuals will be supplied]
The Supplier shall deploy the following persons in the provision of the Services: [insert list] (the “Key Personnel”).
Working Hours
For the purposes of this Agreement “Working Hours” and “Working Days” shall mean [insert relevant working hours/working days details for territory in which Services are to be provided or premises at which Services are to be provided [e.g. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time Monday to Friday OR 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time Sunday to Thursday]].
Supplier’s Liability

Subject to the limitation of liability provisions in the Standard Terms (Schedule 4), the total liability of the Supplier to the Company whether in contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any direct loss or damage, costs or expenses arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed [insert figure in numbers and words] for each claim or instance of liability.

Kushtet e përcaktuara në Shtojcën 1 do të kenë të njëjtin kuptim kur përdoren në këtë Marrëveshje.
Në rast të ndonjë konflikti ndërmjet kushteve të parashikuara në Shtojca të ndryshme, Shtojcat do të kenë përparësi sipas radhës që ato renditen në Marrëveshje.
Për qëllimet e ofrimit të Shërbimeve dhe të ndonjë Malli, kushtet e kësaj Marrëveshjeje do të kenë përparësi ndaj kushteve dhe afateve të tjera të përcaktuara nga Kompania (qoftë në urdhrin e blerjes ose tjetër).
Data e Fillimit dhe Afati

Orët e Punës
Për qëllimet e kësaj Marrëveshjeje “Orë Punë” dhe “Ditë Punë” nënkuptojnë [vendosni detajet për orët e punës/ditët e punës përkatësisht për territorin ku do të ofrohet Shërbimi ose ambientet ku do të zhvillohet Shërbimi [p.sh. 09:00 deri në 17:00 ora lokale nga e hëna në të premte OSE 10:00 deri në 18:00 ora lokale nga e diela në të enjte]].
Përgjegjësitë e Furnizuesit

Sipas dispozitave të kufizimit të përgjegjësisë në Kushtet Standarde (Shtojca 4), përgjegjësia e plotë e Furnizuesit kundrejt Kompanisë, qoftë sipas kontratës, neglizhencës, shkeljes së detyrimeve statusore ose të tjera, për çdo humbje ose dëm të drejtpërdrejtë, kosto ose shpenzim që rrjedh nga ose në lidhje me këtë Marrëveshje nuk duhet të tejkalojë [vendosni shumën me numra dhe fjalë] për çdo pretendim ose kërkesë për përgjegjësi.

I am a native Albanian speaker and
a Sworn/Certified Translator by the Ministry of Justice, Albania.
I have an experience of 14 years in
translation, I have a Bachelor Degree in English and
a Bachelor Degree in Law.
My fields of expertise are in law (contracts, trademarks, patents &
copyright) and telecommunication.
My second Bachelor`s Degree in Law helps
me to have a thorough understanding of the legal documents and to produce
accurate translations.
Since my first experience as a translator back
to 2006 I have translated legal documents. I have worked near a Notary Public and I have translated various
rental agreements, sale agreements, birth, death, marriage certificates,
attestations, power of attorneys, authorizations and other specific and general
legal documents.
After that for another five years I have worked in an Attorneys at Law office where I translated also legal documents
such as Acts of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, draft laws and by
laws on food safety, wastes, veterinary services, legal opinions on education,
concessions, hydro-power plants, adoption, residence permit, employment,
mining, petroleum, water management, consumer protection, taxes, real estate,
personal data protection.
I have worked for Albtelecom, one of the largest Mobile Operator and Internet Service
Provider in Albania and during five years I have translated legal documents
such as subscription contracts, non-disclosure agreements, relevant legal
correspondence with the state authorities, agreements with third parties and
other legal documents related to the telecommunication sector.
Due to my long experience I have also
translated materials related to finance, business, education, environment, real
estate, taxation & customs, petroleum, mining, etc.
