Bio
Provider of freelance translation and copyediting since 2012. Co-founder of the boutique multilingual agency TATTU Translation Experts, handling linguist and project manager duties for local and international clients since 2019. I specialize in technical documents, research manuscripts and academic writing, with a background in public ("sworn") translation and additional expertise in the fields of international cooperation, human rights, law & policy, and socioeconomic development. My accolades include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Translation from Universidad de la República (Uruguay), a Diploma in Applied Translation from Chichester College (UK), certification by the American Translators Association and Proz.com's Certified PRO Network, and a stint as a junior translator at the United Nations Organization's headquarters.
