Source text - English Life’s Goal
The real happiness, power, knowledge and all other rare qualities that man can wish for can be had through the realization of God and this realization is not something like thinking or imagining about God. It is the achievement of God, something like having Him, possessing Him, and all His attributes accompanying Him. By so doing man attains real bliss in life and then all his other desires are fully satiated and he becomes happy. Such a man is called Aptakam, one whose all desires are fulfilled.
To attain this sublime state of life, we have to follow the particular technique under the guidance of one who has himself reached that stage and is fully conversant with the particular ways leading to that state. Such a man is known a SADGURU- the great spiritual master of mankind. It is , therefore urgently required that we try to find out such a master and obtain the scientific technique of attaining this coveted state of life. Unless the people of the world in general follow this spiritual way of life, real happiness, peace and prosperity are things far remote and rare in this world. This technique is not limited to people of a particular caste, creed or nation. It is meant for man all over the universe. It is not something like a sect, or narrow way of life. It is a science of the spirit or soul suited to every man, the learned and the illiterate, man and women, the grown-up and the aged and all the people of the world at large. This is what the universal religion is.
One desirous of practicing it should learn and practice it for at least ten minutes every morning and evening and see how much good one gets gradually. It is not something like to be believed. It is to be practiced and actually seen how a person can free himself from all worldly agonies and various diseases like blood pressure, heart troubles, diabetes etc. resulting there from. No amount of lecture can bring peace and solace to listener unless he learns this unique technique of Vinangam Yoga and himself sees that he is having the most coveted peace and happiness in life.

वास्तविक खुशी, ताकत, जानकारी और अन्य सभी दुर्लभ गुण जो एक व्यक्ति चाह सकता है उसे ईश्वर के अनुभव से पाया जा सकता है और यह अनुभव ईश्वर के बारे मे सोचना या कल्पना करना नही है । यह ईश्वर की प्राप्ति है, कुछ उसका अपने पास होने जैसा, और उसके सभी गुणौ के साथ उस पर अधिकार होने जैसा । यह करने से व्यक्ति जिन्दगी मे वास्तविक आनन्द पाता है और तब उसकी दूसरी सभी इंच्छाए पूरी हो जाती है । ऐसे व्यक्ति को आप्तकाम कहते है- एक व्यक्ति जिसकी सभी इच्छाए पूरी हो गई हैं ।
जिन्दगी की इस महान स्थिति को प्राप्त करने के लिए हमे उस विशेष तकनीक का का अनुशरण करना होगा, उस मार्ग निर्देशक की शरण मे रह कर, जिसने स्वयं इस स्थिति को प्राप्त किया है और इस स्थिति को प्राप्त कराने के विशेष तरीके से पूरी तरह से अवगत है । ऐसे व्यक्ति सदगुरु जाने जाते है- मानवता का महान अध्यात्मिक मालिक । इसलिए इसकी तत्काल आवश्यकता है कि हम कोशिश कर ऐसे मालिक को खोज निकाले और उनसे जिन्दगी की इस प्रतिष्ठित स्थिति को प्राप्त कराने वाली इस वैज्ञानिक विधि को प्राप्त करे । जबतक विश्व के लोग सामान्यतया जीवन के इस अध्यात्मिक पथ का अनुशरण नही करेगे, वास्तविक खुशी, शान्ति और समृद्धि इस विश्व मे बहुत दूर और दुर्लभ है । यह तकनीक किसी विशेष जाति, नस्ल और देश के लोगो तक सीमित नही है । यह सम्पूर्ण विश्व के मनुष्यो के लिए है । यह कोई सम्प्रदाय के जैसा नही है या जीने का संकीर्ण तरीका नही है । यह प्रत्येक मनुष्य के योग्य रुह या आत्मा का विज्ञान है, अनपढ और पढेलिखे, आदमी और औरत, व्यस्क और उम्रदराज और बडे पैमाने पर विश्व के सभी लोगों के लिए है । यही तो सार्वभौमिक धर्म है ।
जो इसका अभ्यास करने के इच्छुक हैं सीखे और रोज सुबह शाम दस मिनट इसका अभ्यास करें और देखे की धीरे धीरे कितना कुछ अच्छा मिलता है । यह कुछ विश्वास करने जैसा नही है । यह अभ्यास करने का है और वास्तव मे देखने का है कि कैसे व्यक्ति अपने को सांसारिक यंत्रणा और उससे होने वाले विभिन्न रोगो जैसे रक्तचाप, ह्दय की दिक्कते, मभुमेह इत्यादि से मुक्त होता है । कितना भी व्य़ाखान सुनने वाले को शांति और दिलासा नही दे सकता है जबतक वह विंहगम योग की इस बेजोड तकनीक को नही सीखता है और स्वंय यह देखता है कि उसके पास जीवन मे अब बहु आंकाक्षित शांति और खुशी है ।

Source text - English 1.1 Unless a party in default remedies its default with sixty (60) days after receipt of notice of a specific default, if either party to this Agreement commits a material default relating to the Services, the other party may, by written notice, terminate such Services under this Agreement. If the material default relating to the relevant Services is not remedied, the non-defaulting party may elect to suspend performance of any correlative obligations. For the purpose of this Agreement, “material default” shall include multiple non-material defaults, provided the result of the accumulated defaults is material, despite the fact that those non-material defaults occurred at the same time or within a specific time period.
1.2 If CEPA fails to pay an undisputed amount relating to a specific Service, Carrier Race may elect to terminate that specific Service hereunder, or suspend performing the relevant obligations hereunder relating to the specific Service.
1.3 Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, any and all rights to obtain Services pursuant to this Agreement shall be terminated immediately.
1.4 If CEPA desires to terminate a specific Service hereunder by written notice to Carrier Race, Carrier Race shall make every effort to comply with the written notice, provided that CEPA shall continue to pay any unavoidable fees accrued in relation to this specific Service prior to termination.
Translation - Hindi 8.1 इस समझौते के तहत सेवाओं के संबंध में कोई भी पक्ष यदि कोई तात्विक चूक करता है, और चूक करने वाला पक्ष यदि किसी विशेष चूक के सन्दर्भ में नोटिस प्राप्त करने के साठ (60) दिनों के भीतर चूक को सुधारता नहीं है, तो दूसरा पक्ष लिखित नोटिस के माध्यम से इस समझौते के तहत ऐसी सेवाओं को समाप्त कर सकता है। यदि संबंधित सेवाओं से संबंधित तात्विक चूक को सुधारा नहीं जाता है, तो गैर-चूक पक्ष किसी भी सह-संबंधित दायित्वों के निष्पादन को स्थगित करने का चुनाव कर सकता है। इस समझौते के उद्देश्य के लिए, "तात्विक चूक" में कई गैर-तात्विक चूक शामिल होंगे, बशर्ते संचित चूक का परिणाम तात्विक है, इस तथ्य के बावजूद कि ये गैर-तात्विक चूक उसी समय या किसी विशिष्ट समय अवधि के दौरान हुए हो।
