Source text - Spanish - El negocio por el cual las Partes convienen el presente consistirá en el desarrollo e incremento de las operaciones de la planta de formulación y logística de productos agroquímicos en la planta de propiedad de XX ubicada XX (la “Planta”).
- Para el desarrollo e incremento de las operaciones de la Planta se procederá a: (i) realizar refacciones, ampliaciones y mejoras estructurales y al equipamiento conforme a su destino conforme lo acordado por las Partes y (ii) el compromiso de las Partes a realizar todas las operaciones de Formulación de Agroquímicos de la Argentina, definidas como aquellas para los cuales la Planta cuente con la habilitación correspondiente, posea capacidad suficiente y brinde precio de mercado, en la misma.
Translation - English - The business agreed upon by the Parties will be the development and increase of formulation and logistics operations of agrochemical products at the plant owned by XX located at XX (the "Plant").
- For the development and increase of operations at the Plant, the following will be undertaken: (i) refurbish, enlarge and improve facility and equipment according to their purpose as agreed by the Parties and (ii) the Parties are committed to carrying out all the Agrochemical Formulation operations of Argentina, defined as those for which the Plant has the corresponding authorization, sufficient capacity and provides a market price.
