The Orange County District Attorney charges that in Orange County, California, the law was violated as follows:
COUNT 1: On or about February 13, 2010, in violation of Section 602.5(a) of the Penal Code (UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF A DWELLING), a MISDEMEANOR, JOSEPH MARK WEXLER did unlawfully enter and remain in a noncommercial dwelling house, apartment, and other residential place without the consent of A. BARNOFF, the owner.
COUNT 2: On or about February 13, 2010, in violation of Sections 594(a)/(b)(2)(A) of the Penal Code (VANDALISM UNDER $400), a MISDEMEANOR, JOSEPH MARK WEXLER did maliciously and unlawfully deface with graffiti and other inscribed material, damage, and destroy RADIO, real and personal property belonging to A. BARANOFF, in an amount less than four hundred dollars ($400).

The motive of this letter is to offer my services
as a professional freelance translator from English to Spanish.
Now that I just finished my degree in
Translation, where I had plenty of vocational experience in general translation,
localization of products, and specialization in the legal, literature and
technical field, I want to start working with an agency to start gaining more
experience and to put my knowledge into practice.
I am native spanish speaker from Mexico, and I
do have an English certificate rated C1 given by the British Council´s proficiency
test APTIS.
During the career I had vocational training on
a post-grade school, Colegio de la
Frontera Norte de Tijuana, where I took part in many projects regarding
academic, technical and scientific documents.
As I mentioned before, I took specialization
in some areas, I am used to legal documents from the Common Law system to the Roman
legal system and vice versa.
My experience in the technical area was mainly
focused in the industrial area, welding manuals, instructions and aerospace and
motor industry.
I do have experience in the literature field with short stories from english to spanish and vice versa, I have also worked in the gastronomy/food field working on cuisine books from english to spanish.
My experience in the game localization field has been focus on indie games from steam platform english to spanish, in addition, it is a field that I have been involved for 15+ years as a gamer of all genres myself.
