The results reported in this thesis contribute to a better understanding of the tropospheric fate of VOCs belonging to two families, nitrogen containing and fluorinated compounds. Les études présentées dans ce travail contribuent à préciser le devenir troposphérique de COV d'origine anthropique ciblés appartenant à deux familles chimiques distinctes, les composés azotés d'une part et les composés perfluorés d'autre part. Les études ont été menées en collaboration dans différents laboratoires (LCSR, Université de Wuppertal, JRC et EUPHORE). Les techniques expérimentales utilisées sont la spectrométrie d'absorption UV-visible, la photolyse laser puisée couplée à la fluorescence induite par laser (PLP-FIL) et les chambres de simulation atmosphériques des quatre laboratoires équipées de différents dispositifs analytiques (spectromètres infrarouge, chromatographes en phase gazeuse, compteurs de particules. . . ). The results obtained show a reduction of the strength of this potential source in the atmosphère of the toxic and persistant perfluorinated carboxylic acids.
