During the week of July 10th – July 14th, 2023 there will be trenching/digging going on in parts of the courtyard and parking lot. You will not have use of approximately 4-5 parking spaces near the Old Administrative Building and another 20-foot area in the courtyard right outside the Community Room. Please stay away from these areas and do not touch the digging equipment.
The areas will be marked with caution tape and easily identifiable. Once the work is completed the areas will be restored for your use.

Source text - English The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act requires that a school division provide written notice to parents when the school division proposes or refuses to initiate or change the identification, evaluation, or educational placement of a child, or the provision of a free appropriate public education (FAPE).
The following action was Proposed by County Public Schools: The team proposed a new meeting through the re-evaluation process to determine if additional information is required for Chala's eligibility for special education.
Reason Proposed/Refused
Chala's parent requested updated evaluations for Chala to determine his level. CPS members of the IEP team shared that Chala has been working on building routines and transitioning to kindergarten.
The CPS members of the IEP team also shared that the testing window for kindergarten just opened and Chala is not exempt from the VKRP and will participate in this assessment. CPS also shared that Chala was initially evaluated in Jan 2022, to include a psychological evaluation, and reviewed the re-evaluation process.
The team reviewed the data that has been collected through 9/18/2023. As data is still being collected, the team cannot yet determine if he has met the criteria for all of his areas of need. However, the team will continue to support Chala and monitor his progress towards his goals. The general education teacher provided an overview on Chala's participation in the general education setting.
