I’m
an English-Spanish Senior Linguist with more than 25 years of work experience in localization
market. I own a degree in Translation and Interpreting by the University of
Granada (Spain), specialized in Technical an Creative translation. I’ve been working several  years for international companies, mainly in the IT
sector, and recently in SVOD streaming services. Please see my CV for more info about clients. I also have a deep knowledge of CAT
tools including SDL Trados, Idiom WorldServer, MemoQ and also in MTPE and AI
environments.

I’m
proficient in fields like UI localization (L10N and G11N), technical and
creative translation, transcreation and marketing, broadcasting, streaming, SVOD, documentation of
Entertainment industry (Production, Post & VFX specification guidelines),
learning materials, training courses, internal corporate documentation,
websites, social media and online content. As part of my job, I usually deal with the
transcreation of high visibility content at SVOD web pages and promotional
emails where highly developed writing skills are a must. I have also participated in
the linguistic review and quality assurance for marketing and collateral as
well as for web contents and products.

I
also have an accreditation from TAUS as MTPE certified translator and reviewer.

My
personal skills also include paying close attention to details and having
excellent problem-solving abilities. I also can approach emergencies and other
problems calmly and professionally to ensure the best possible outcome.
