- Read the instructions carefully before the first use of the device and keep it: a non-correspondent use would clear Tefal of any responsibility.
- Use your kettle only for heating drinking water.
- Connect the device only on an AC outlet to land, or an extension cord with power supply integrated to land. Make sure the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the unit corresponds to that of your installation. The use of multiple outlet is not recommended.
- Don’t use the kettle while your hands are wet or you are barefoot.
- Take care so you don’t put the kettle and it’s base on a hot surface such as a hot plate or use it near an open flame.
- Remove the outlet immediately if you notice an abnormality during the operation.
- Do not pull the power cable to remove the socket.
- Do not let the power cord hanging on the edge of a table or a work plan to avoid falling.
- Stay always in alert while the device in running, especially pay attention to the steam out of beak that is very hot.
- Also take care that the body of stainless steel kettles gets very hot during operation. Touch the kettle only by the handle.
- Never touch the filter or the cover while the water is boiling.
- Never move the kettle while it’s operating.
- Our guaranty doesn’t apply to the kettles that are not working because of the lack of decrust.
- Protect the device from moisture and frost.

Sellers see advertising as a constituent part of the overall strategy of promoting them. Other components of the promotion are ads, public relations, personal sales and sales promotion.

Firms should not be limited to providing goods or quality services. They must inform consumers about their benefits. To do this, it is necessary for companies to use the appropriate tools to promote mass advertising, sales promotion and public relations.
Advertising can be defined as any form of paid impersonal presentation and promotion of ideas, goods or services through means of media information (newspapers, magazines, radio programs, television and Internet) by a sponsor well specified. Many organizations use advertising to convey to a specific public messages on themselves, of their products and services or their behavior, in order to determine a response from this one. EU countries spend yearly on advertising approximately 45.4 billion ECU. As the recession is coming to an end and national economies of member countries are exilareting, it’s predicted an increase in advertising spendings in most countries of the European Union.

Source text - English The holiday entitlement is governed by Romanian law. If the law entitlement is less than 25 working days for a full calendar year then the latter is applied. The holiday entitlement from the previous German work contract cannot be transferred into the employment relationship established by this contract. The employee is therefore entitled to take unpaid holidays for those number of days which have been paid out under the German contract. This entitlement is only valid until 31st of March 2009.
The employee declares to keep confidential any information, fact or data obtained by him/her in connection with the performance of his/her work in accordance with the rules concerning the preservation of business secrets. All results of the work are the property of the company. Lectures and publications disclosing internal work results are subject to the company’s prior approval. Daca dreptul legal este de mai putin de 25 de zile lucratoare pentru un an calendaristic intreg atunci acesta din urma se aplica. Dreptul la concediu din contractul anterior de munca german nu poate fi transferat in relatiile de munca stipulate de actualul contract. Angajatul are dreptul sa-si ia concediu fara plata pentru numarul de zile care au fost platite in baza contractului german. Acest drept este valabil pana la data de 31 martie 2009.
Angajatul declara sa tina confidentiala orice informatie, fapt sau date obtinute de catre el/ea ca urmare a performantelor sale profesionale conform regulilor de pastrare a confidentialitatii in afaceri.
