I've been using Moneybookers.com website for payments so far without any problem but to requests of my clients, I tried to open an account with Paypal but the pages do not load at all.
This is not an internet connection problem as I double checked with my ISP.
I would like to know if other users had such problems or not and if anybody could give me Paypal's tech support email so I could contact them.
Best Regards,
Rahi Moosavi

IP Blocking or something ?
Dec 31, 2003
As I've been told by others but I can't open the page. I've tried several ISP's to see if they are having problems but nothing changed.
Being from Iran, I don't know if they have some sort of IP blocking or something....
