That I have most probably been scammed, on the basis of a job. supposedly posted by a Blue-board outsourcer... ?? .. Why does this s%$t seems always to happen to me... ??

As Nesrin rightly points out, the only answer to your question (How is it possible...etc) without more context, is that you fell for it.

I think your second posting was censored because you mentioned the outsourcer by name. If you want to directly warn your colleagues, then the Blueboard page of that outsourcer is the place to do it.

No you wouldn't - the host service provider who does not remove libellous material upon becoming aware of it is also liable - hence the rule, presumably.

I will not censor anyone's feelings... I would just like to discuss the facts... and at least in Spain, libel is not presumed, but determined by a judge. And I still don't know if I've been involved in a weird chickeshit scam that could affect any translator affiliated to this wise website, the administrative decissions of which cannot be questioned or discussed upon either... since the matter cannot be publicly discussed... so Fug me...!! God bless Norman Mailer...
