What's the procedure for getting clients to sign purchase orders? Do you send it by e-mail? Is an electronic signature valid? If you send it by airmail, what do you do if the deadline is short, i.e. the deadline is before the purchase order will reach the client? Grateful for any suggestions. Thanks.

Jan,
I fax my POs and get the client to sign or stamp it and fax it back. So far no trouble.
