I like to live dangerously, Jane!
I wouldn't have admitted to it (or even done it) had Spanish figured in my working languages, but it doesn't - it just happens to be the language of the place I've recently moved to, so I don't think potential clients will be too put off.
As for the meanness, that isn't entirely true - I don't begrudge my fellow translators their fees: I'm more lazy than mean. Oops, I'm probably making matters worse now! I think I'll zip up!
