Hi, as Evert says it went back to normal status after sending all the documents.

They are to follow UK regulations and they can't skip this procedure, neither can we!

In fact I find it normal to have some control over e-transactions, I was just surprised that I had never heard of it nor did they mention it when I signed up some 3 years ago.
