Hi,
I just updated from MS Office 2000 Pro to MS Office XP. And all my macros for Word were gone.
Then I found them - trados 5 and Duden Korrektor - and they are in the MS start-up folder.
But when I open Word, now always a dialogue box appears with "enable macros", which I do and all works fine until the next time I open word and the dialogue box appears again. I can´t get them on automation. Any idea how I can do that ?

Go to Tools>Macro>Security and set the levele to low. This means that macros that contain virus will have free access to your computer, but the computer will stop asking if you want to enable macros.

Most antivirus programmes will protect you when you use MS Word, and you can also set Word's security setting for macros to "Medium", meaning that MS Word will warn you when using potentially unsafe macros. (Macros such as the add in for Trados is not considered a unsafe macro in this respect)
