Thanks for an interesting discussion! Being a practical person, what I am really interested to know is how shall we respond to the new market situation and new challenges? Talking about specialization, I see some decline in legal field, whereas pharmaceutical/life science market stays strong. A new emerging trend that I witness is constantly increasing demand in military field, both for translators and interpreters. Time to change specialization/acquire new skills?
