If we hold the powwow on Sunday, I think we should hold it at lunchtime, since we all work on the next Monday. May 12 is OK for me.
And now, a question to all of you? We all live and work in Catalonia; so, why do we post all messages in English. Shouldn't we use Catalan?

Venue: If numbers are 'within reason' I propose my apartment (as in first posting)but other suggestions are welcome.

Family welcome?: why not?
Food & beverages: bar-b-q; pica-pica; etc.. we can arrange details when we know how many people are coming and if we are going to hold powwow at private venue

I second the time, date and place. If we are are a small (select?-) group, then we can guarantee not to have to shout over the other people in the bar... and if Ann M. doesn't smoke, and doesn't like smoking in her home, we might even have a pollution free environment in which to interact

As for the food and beverages, I agree with Berni that a "bring a dish" lunch is a good idea.
I am not vegetarian, but I can have a vegetarian lunch. What about the others?
