Don't receive messages sent via my Proz.com website

Whenever I try to send a message to myself via the contact form at my Proz.com website (www.wordwitch.my.proz.com) I receive an error message ('mail delivery failed - returning message to sender'). It doesn't make any difference whether I use my usual email address (wordplay@sommer-translations.de) or my address at the Proz.com site (with Squirrel or Horde mail). Whenever I try to send a message to myself via the contact form at my Proz.com website (www.wordwitch.my.proz.com) I receive an error message ('mail delivery failed - returning message to sender'). It doesn't make any difference whether I use my usual email address (wordplay@sommer-translations.de) or my address at the Proz.com site (with Squirrel or Horde mail). I have set up the Squirrel & Horde accounts so that any messages sent to my Proz.com site will be forwarded to my usual email address, which usually seems to work apart from those messages sent directly via the contact form.
